Great pizzaria, very friendly and good food. :)

I stopped in for a quick bite, and plain slice was a good, different type of sauce than I'm used to it was sweet it was good, and I'm definitely going to try this place again.

Very reasonably priced, friendly staff, and excellent pizza. The sauce is clearly home made and the crust on the grandma slice was crisp yet light. Would highly recommend!

Best pizza and chicken parmigiana heros for literally miles, no competition, i can down half a pie in less then 10 minutes.

The best pizza I've ever had is here. I like plain pizza and no one does it better. The staff is also so friendly and my order is always ready on time.

This is a great place. The staff are friendly and the food is great. You usually see Bernie in the morning and the other guy Darren at night making pizza. You They're both really great and very friendly. I've had almost every slice here. The Sicilian is my favorite. They have a great buffalo chicken slice. Another slice you have to try is the garlic knot slice. The crust is garlic knots brushed with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese. You can add other toppings to it if you want, but it's definitely good as is. You have got to try the Sugar Knots and the Nutella Pie.

I started becoming familiar with Bernie’s amazing food not long after he first set up shop. I wandered in there one day to surprise my elderly mom with a pizza with black olives and fresh tomatoes. Halfway through her first slice, it was clear this was going to be “our” new pizza place. We eventually tried some of the Mexican specialties and she just raved about the food. Mom was my world (rest in peace 4 years ago) and it was my pure pleasure to treat her to her favorite foods. And Bernie’s was IT! I still pop in regularly for whatever I’m in the mood for. The food is top notch in quality and flavor. And you’d be hard pressed to find a friendlier, sweeter, and harder-working staff. And Bernie, himself? What an amazing, lovely human being. He pours love into every recipe and he shows that same love to his customers. I have never appreciated “chain” food places of any kind, and I’m on the particular side when it comes to “Mom and Pop shops.” I have never regretted a single order from Bernie’s, and I know I never will. If you haven’t already given them a chance, do not delay! From the moment you walk through their front door, you will know you are in a special place—and your taste buds, your stomach, and your mom (if you’ve been blessed with one like mine) will thank you!

Honestly my favorite pizza in all NY so far. I’m sure everything else is great as well.the sauce is on point.Bernie is a great guy.always has a big smile.I wouldn’t add or take anything away from his pizza.for me is perfect.i highly recommend trying this garlic sesame crust pizza made to perfection.you don’t even need extra sauce for the knots,they have the perfect flavor.anyway I just put in an order for 5 pies and can’t wait for them to arrive.
